The WHMIS Program is a 4 Hour course that will give you a working knowledge of this system.

The Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) is Canada’s national hazard communication standard. The key elements of the system are cautionary labeling of containers of WHMIS “controlled products”, the provision of material safety data sheets (MSDS's) and worker education and training programs.

Trinity Safety and Training will adapt each course to apply more directly to a certain classes needs.  For example we encourage students to bring actual M.S.D.S.’s of chemicals they are using in their place of work. 

Trinity Safety will provide each student with their own WHMIS workbook, WHMIS Handbook, and upon completion of the course Trinity will issue a wallet size certification card the same day.
